Starting at an altitude of 1,460 m, the highest point of this trek is at 3,165 m at Nagthali which makes it a trek featuring relatively lower elevation and without necessarily needing acclimatization as the risk of altitude sickness is less.

During the Tamang Heritage Trail, you traverse through villages like Goljung, Gatlang, Thuman, Timure, and more.
