- Sambhav Nepal We mainly provide logistic support and collaborate with a non-profit organization called Sambhav Nepal. Sambhav’s projects include maintenance of school buildings, building toilets, and drinking water facilities, sponsoring the education of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, etc. in Nepal’s remote villages. The Ace team has assisted victims of 2015 earthquake victims and support for those affected by COVID-19 in Nepal.
- Support Rotary International Ace the Himalaya together with Rotary International take many initiatives to help the community. We organized logistics for teacher training and trekking trips to the Rotarians of rotary clubs in Australia and Canada. Moreover, we have contributed for annual Kalamalka Rotary Dream Auction in years 2017, 2018 and 2019 where fund was raised through our trip donations. Our MD Prem himself is a Rotarian who also served as a president of Rotary Club of Mount Everest from 2021-2022. We shall continue to collaborate further to serve the community in need.

We limit the maximum weight the porters can carry to 30kgs for their own safety. Our porters are too educated and trained over time to take on roles of a guide in future.
- Well-equipped staff We provide accommodation to our guides and porters, with tents and/or sleeping gear during the trek. Moreover, staff and guides are facilitated with appropriate clothing, required gear and equipment for each season and altitude, ensuring protection from cold, rain and snow.

08. Guaranteed Departures
Our trips have guaranteed departure dates. Once your booking is confirmed, your trip is guaranteed to run irrespective of the number of participants.
- We run trips even if a single participant booking is made except for a few selected trips where a minimum of 2 pax is required. If the fixed departure dates do not suit, please let us know so we can offer alternative individualized departure dates. This often suits couples or families that would prefer a private tour.

17. Guide-Porter Ratio
For every seven members in a trekking group, we assign one trekking guide and add assistant guides for groups over seven. One porter is assigned to every two trekkers. A porter is added should the number increase to become odd. In case of climbing, we have one climbing guide for every two climbers. Likewise, for camped treks, we use mules to carry camping equipment.
