No. Under our Price Lock Guarantee, the price confirmed at the time of booking remains the same. There are no hidden charges or unexpected surcharges.

What if I cannot travel as planned?

If your plans change, you can postpone your Nepal trip to a future date by notifying us at least 20 days before your departure. Your deposit will remain as lifetime travel credit.

How many times can I postpone my trip?

You may postpone your Nepal trip once free of charge, provided you notify us at least 20 days before departure. Any additional postponements incur a USD 200 per person fee.

Can I postpone my trip instead of cancelling?

Yes. We encourage postponing rather than cancelling so you can keep the value of your deposit and use it for a future trip.

Is my deposit refundable if I need to cancel my trip?

No. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be retained as lifetime travel credit if you postpone your Nepal trip according to our policy.

If I'm unable to travel as planned, can I apply my deposit to a future trip?

Yes. Your deposit can be used as lifetime travel credit for any future adventure with Ace the Himalaya.

When I postpone, do I need to choose new travel dates right away?

No. You don’t need to decide immediately. You can choose your new travel dates whenever you’re ready.

If I don't set new dates immediately, will I lose my deposit?

No. Your travel credit remains valid, and you can contact us whenever you’re ready to book your new Nepal trip.

Is there a deadline to use my travel credit?

No. Your travel credit is valid for a lifetime, so you can use it whenever you’re ready to travel.

Can I transfer my travel credit to someone else?

Yes. You may transfer your travel credit to another person once, provided the request is made at least 20 days before departure. Additional transfers are subject to a USD 200 per person fee.

What happens if the trip is affected by circumstances beyond your control?

If your trip is disrupted by events such as severe weather, flight cancellations, or government restrictions, we offer a free postponement, allowing you to travel on a future date that suits you.
