Corruption includes bribery and other forms of unethical conduct such as fraud, favoritism, or abuse of power.
Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy
Ace the Himalaya is fully committed and has a strict anti-corruption and bribery policy that relates to all employees, management, stakeholders, and third parties acting on behalf of the company. The key articles include:
- The company adheres to a zero-tolerance policy against all types of corruption. All employees, from ground level to management are anticipated to uphold the highest level of integrity in all business activities.
- No members are allowed to offer, give, solicit, or accept any kind of bribe to influence government officials, clients, suppliers, and any third parties involved in business operations.
- All gifts, entertainment, or hospitality are not allowed to be accepted if presented in the form of bribery. Gifts that exceed official value and are designed to influence business decisions should be declined and reported to management.
- All employees are demanded to understand and obey with company’s anti-corruption policy. Any participation in bribery activities will result in disciplinary action or termination from the company.
- Employees are encouraged to report any suspicious activities of corruption or bribery without any fear of retribution.
- Training is provided to ensure all employees understand the risks of corruption, how to recognize potential unethical conduct, and how to avoid bribery.
