Panch Pokhari or Five Lakes, a cluster of scenic mountain lakes lies in the Langtang Region. It is situated at 4000 meters above from sea level which is the venue for the first Paach Pokhari Trail Race. Slated for August 7, 2017 the high endurance race will begin from Panch Pokhari and end at Thangpal Raithanepokhari.
Other places on the route include Nosyampati, Tanku Kharka and Bhotang. This comes as a good opportunity if you are into high altitude trail racing. Organizers of the race are “Global Inclusive Adventure Organization” & “Dukhang PanchPokhari Maanam Youth Club”. Entry fee is NRs 1000 only.
