Our Everest Base Camp trek with Ace the Himalaya was an extraordinary experience, and a huge part of that is because of our guide, Nimesh.
Nimesh truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the trek. His English was excellent, which made communication effortless and allowed him to clearly explain the mountains, the history of the region, and the cultural significance of the Khumbu area. His depth of knowledge about the surrounding peaks and trekking routes was incredibly impressive and added so much meaning to the journey.

What stood out most was his leadership and attention to detail. He ran the trek in a very organized and professional way, always thinking ahead and ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. More importantly, he took the time to check in with each of us individually every single day. At high altitude, that level of personal attention makes all the difference. We always felt safe, supported, and confident under his guidance.

He never rushed us and made sure we walked at a pace that was comfortable for acclimatization. His calm, steady leadership created a strong sense of trust within the group.
Our assistant guide, Shoman, was fantastic as well — very jolly, positive, and fun to be around. He helped keep spirits high, and our evening card games together were some of our favorite memories.
