This is the second trip with have done with Ace (also did EBC with them 2 years ago) and once again the service was top class. The communication from Sujan via email prior to arrival in Kathmandu was quickly responded to and helpful, even altering the set itinerary by a day to accommodate our dates in Nepal.

Our guide (Milan) was fantastic – could not fault a thing about him across the 2.5 weeks! He was friendly, kept us safe on the mountain, nothing was too much trouble to make our experience the best it could be. Milan also helped alter our itinerary whilst on the route to spend an extra day in Pokhara which was much appreciated. Milan was very knowledgable about all the surrounding mountains and told us a lot about the local cultures which only enriched our experience.

Our porter (Kaleej) was also super helpful. He was friendly all the time and was a great support on the mountain when walking. Kaleej’s had great knowledge of the route.

Ace provided us with duffle bags, suncaps and fold out maps of our route – all to keep and take home, which is a nice touch.

Overall a brilliant trip once again with Ace – first class service from a local company. We would certainly not hesitate to book another trip with Ace again!
