I booked with Ace because of their good communication. Every email was responded to by Lokesh within 24 hours with great detail! Milan, our guide met us at the airport and everything was explained to us at the pre trip meeting. Most flights to Lukla got cancelled on day 1, so most people in the group got helicopters, and Ace quickly emailed us the paperwork so we could claim back the costs through travel insurance. The trip itself was fantastic. Rabi set a slow and steady walking pace for us to follow, and Milan explained many things to us throughout the trip and answered all of our questions. Everybody remained relatively healthy and Milan helped us keep our spirit up. We also got help from a porter training to be a guide. Everybody made it to base camp as a result of good teamwork. We never felt rushed and felt like it was a great company to book with. Thanks to Milan, Rabi, Lokesh, Sajiya, Prem and the porters for making this trip perfect. If I come back to Nepal in the future I will book with Ace again without hesitation.
