Ace provided a fantastic trek from start to finish. Our airport pick-up, initial stay at the Ramada and briefing with Prem were well coordinated and an excellent welcome to Nepal. Our briefing was informative and helpful.

At all points on the trek our guide and head porter went out of their way to make each day as comfortable as possible, sorting food (and advising what was best to eat) and drinks, sorting phone charge for us etc. We were treated with continued exceptional care. Daily briefings helped us pack for the next day and know what to expect. Ram was also on-call 24hrs so we could rely on him if we needed anything.

We had en suite bathrooms at most points on the trek, and the rooms were as comfortable as we could have enjoyed at increasing altitude.

I highly recommend Ace for excellent value and client care. I would definitely use them again.
