Rachael Strick

Rachael is an avid trekker who first visited Nepal in April 2015 to fulfil a life-long dream of trekking to Everest Base Camp. It was during this trip that she instantly fell in love with the mountains and culture of the Nepalese people and has returned many times since, on each occasion using Ace the Himalaya to help her explore and experience all that Nepal has to offer. She is so passionate about the country, she was asked to join the Ace team to share her passion with others.

She enjoys working with the charitable side of Ace the Himalaya and Sambhav Nepal and has been involved in numerous community projects over the years, bringing all 3 of her children to Nepal, who have each visited individually with Rachael to participate in rebuild projects. She assisted in the relief effort after the earthquake of April 2015, returning a few months after to help with aid distribution.

Inspired by her love of Nepal and passion for adventure travel, she hopes to assist others in discovering the beauty and wonder of the Himalayas.
