We booked Ace the Himalaya around 6 months before our trip after we found they were the best rated tour company on Trip Advisor. We were able to pick any start date which suited us well. Ace were very informative and kept us up to date, also answering any questions we had via email before the trek. When we arrived in Kathmandu we were greeted by our guide Janu.

Janu was friendly, knowledgeable, proactive and we were extremely happy to have had him guiding us on our trek. He was patient during the slow walking days, always gave us encouragement and assisted us with every thing along the trail, from organising us through a delayed flight to Lukla, to ordering meals and finding supplies. Our porter Indra was also incredible lovely, we enjoyed seeing his smiling face in the morning and along the trek, always happy to say hello and ask how we were going. We are extremely grateful for both Janu and Indra and would not have enjoyed our time in Nepal as much as we did without them.
