Albina Pandey
CSI CoordinatorAlbina is a purpose-driven social worker who believes that real change starts with listening, understanding, and standing beside people in their journeys. She has completed a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Central Department of Social Work, Tribhuvan University. For a long time, she has been actively involved in working with the people of rural communities and has also served as Central Women Coordinator in Hamro Dristi Ramro Dristi for 2 years, advocating for women’s empowerment and participation.
Outside of work, Albina enjoys exploring new communities, researching, and playing futsal. Traveling and connecting with different cultures fuel her curiosity and strengthen her values of teamwork, resilience, and connection. Above all, she believes every person deserves to live with dignity, hope, and belonging, and she is continuously working to make this a reality.
