Everest for breakfast is a dream come true for those willing to experience and encounter the world class food in the lap of the highest mountain of the world. Be a part of warm culture of the Sherpa people for certain interval of time and make memories that lasts lifetime.

The regular 30 minutes morning flight takes you from the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu to the Lukla Airport, and the gateway to Everest. A helicopter shuttle waits for you to take you for the aerial view of the mountains such as Everest, Nuptse, Lotshe, Amadablam, Thamaserkhu, the snow-capped hills, the glaciers and the lakes. The heli after making a round at Everest for 15 minutes stops by at Kongde (4,250m / 13,943 ft) for the world class breakfast. Have your breakfast with champagne to celebrate the best moments in the Himalayas. Spend your ground time at the highest altitude, witnessing the mountains, the snow, and the beauty of the place. You have about two hours break for breakfast and to captivate the best moments and enjoy the sight of truly glossy snow-capped mountain ranges. The heli then takes over and you are ready to return back to Lukla on a 15 minutes flight again. You will have a scenic 30 minutes regular flight back to Kathmandu bidding farewell to the mountains from Lukla.

  • We do not have fixed departure date for this trip. However, this trip can be arranged as per the customer’s request.  We have price discounts according to the group size and number of pax. The bigger your group, the bigger your group discounts. A group booking of 25 or more people is subjected to a maximum discount with the availability of free trip to one person. Please Note : If the weather is extreme and the visibility is lesser than 1,500m, then the helicopters are not operated for the flights. In such cases we will reschedule your flight for the next day and provide alternative options or refund your money after deducting the airport transportation fee of USD 25 per person.

NOTE: One helicopter accommodates 5 to 6 passengers at maximum, the quoted price is based on sharing basis, and if there are more than 6 passengers in a group please contact us for the price details.

What makes this trip different ?

Ace the Himalaya works closely with and is one of the main supporters of local NGO Sambhav Nepal. We support them in a number of ways.

Ace the Himalaya donates up to 10% of its annual revenue to Sambhav Nepal’s projects which cover regular maintenance of school buildings, constructing toilets, rebuilding earthquake-affected houses and schools, and so on.

One of the major activities of Sambhav Nepal is the children sponsorship program, which is conducted with full collaboration with Ace the Himalaya and its sister organizations, Ace Holidays and Ace Xpeditions.

Partnership (Volunteering Program)
The Volunteering Program, devised by Ace the Himalaya and Sambhav Nepal, aims to mobilize teams of experts and interested individuals as an effective and economic measure in providing the human capital for education, health and community development in the villages of northern Gorkha district, western Nepal.

After the Earthquake of April 25, 2015, the Volunteering Program’s focus has been mobilizing the volunteers in various school and house rebuilding projects in the hard-hit Gorkha district.
