Ace the Himalaya were genuinely amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was seamlessly organised during our 13 day Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Ram, our knowledgeable and extremely hospitable guide, ensured that we navigated the mountains without any complications, and helped to foster a real sense of family alongside our other trekking team members and porters – Bisnoo and Dilip. He always managed to make us smile and laugh, and always helped us capture wonderful photos.

We also cannot express how thankful we are for our porters – Dilip and Bisnoo. Not only did they help carry our stuff, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best hike we possibly could. They are extremely thoughtful and caring, with a great amount of local knowledge also. We would absolutely love to have them join us on any future hikes.

And finally in terms of the overall service of the ABC hike – we had the option for a hot shower every night (which was wonderful) and always had a clean bed to stay in at night. The food was delicious with plenty of meal options at each of the teahouses. Ram, Dilip and Bisnoo also always ensured we had some fresh sliced fruit each night which was a lovely touch.

Thank you to Ace the Himalaya for creating the most special journey for us – one that we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to organise another trip soon – maybe Gokyo lake!
