NOTE: On adventure trips of this type, weather, local politics, transport or a multitude of other factors beyond our control can result in a change of itinerary. It is, however, very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the leader will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group. Where a change does occur, we do everything we can to minimize its effect, but we cannot be responsible for the results of changes or delays.
What Makes this Trip Responsible? "Sambhav Nepal Foundation" Ace the Himalaya works closely with the Sambhav Nepal Foundation and is one of the main supporters of the foundation; we contribute support in a number of ways. Firstly we donate a percentage of business profits to the foundation on a yearly basis which support the ongoing maintenance cost required for the Bhairabi Primary school. We conduct a number of charity treks throughout the year to visit and support school projects. Our charity trek itinerary combines adventure and kindness, providing the participant with lasting memories of the Himalayas while allowing them to contribute to a remote community within Arupokhari villages of Nepal. For more information about our Charity Trek click here. We also supply a number of travelers that are including a volunteer stay within the village. Volunteers have been offering their personal skills for teaching to the school students of Dharapani School. Please contact us if you wish to teach in the schools and work in farms with local people.
